Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 1/2 c. Bisquick (reduced fat can be used)
Preparation

Mix sausage (uncooked) and cheese with your hands. Set at room temperature for 30 minutes. Add Bisquick in 3 to 4 parts; mix well. Roll into 1-inch balls. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until browned. Makes 40 to 50 balls.
