Salmon And Fresh Dill Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh salmon fillet, skin removed
    white pepper to taste
    nonstick vegetable or olive oil spray
    1 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 large eggs
    1/4 c. minced fresh chives
    white pepper to taste
    seasoned salt (such as Lawry's)
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cut into 4 pieces
    3/4 c. Italian style breadcrumbs
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 c. minced fresh dill
    2 tsp. minced lemon peel (zest; colored part only)
    1 c. light sour cream
    bagel chips, crackers or thin slices French bread
    3 bunches fresh herbs, such as dill, basil and thyme (optional garnish)
Preparation
    Position oven rack 7-inches from broiler element.
    Preheat broiler.
    Line a jelly roll pan or small baking pan with aluminum foil.
    Place salmon on prepared pan.
    Season with seasoned salt and white pepper.
    Place 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine, cut into pieces, on top.
