Ham And Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. onion, frozen
    1 c. green pepper, frozen
    1 lb. chunk ham (3 c.)
    1 large potato, peeled and diced
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    3 1/2 c. water
    3 c. corn (frozen)
    1 c. milk
    15 round buttery crackers, crushed (1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Saute
    chopped onions and green peppers in butter, in a large saucepan.
    Add ham chunks, potato, water, bouillon cube and corn. Simmer
    until
    potato
    is tender, about 15 minutes. Add milk
    and crushed
    crackers;\tstir
    until it returns to a simmer.
    Serves 6.
