Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
rind of 1 lemon, grated
1/2 c. nuts
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Cream 1 cup sugar and butter together.
Add eggs; beat together.
Add 1/2 cup of milk and flour with baking powder and salt.
Stir in lemon rind and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Take out of pan and pour juice of lemon, mixed with 1/2 cup sugar, over the bread.
