Microwave Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. water
    1/2 stick oleo/butter
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    whipped topping
Preparation
    In glass mixing bowl, put sugar, water and butter; microwave on High for 30 seconds, just until it starts to bubble.
    Stir. Make paste of flour, cornstarch and a little milk.
    Combine with sugar mixture using wire whisk; add rest of milk and egg yolks and mix well.
    Microwave on High 4 minutes; whisk well and return to microwave for another 3 minutes.
    If not thick enough, cook another minute.
    Cover with plastic wrap and cool for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Stir again, then pour into pie shell.
    Serve with whipped topping.
