Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted shortening
Preparation
    Blend all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Beat in egg, shortening and milk.
    Bake on a hot griddle.
    Leftover batter can also be frozen.
