Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 chopped onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix soup with one can water; set aside.
    Combine rice, hamburger meat, onion, salt, pepper and 4 tablespoon soup mixture; mix well.
    Form into balls.
    Place in casserole; cover with remaining soup.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 15 minutes.
    Makes 5 servings.
