Shrimp And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp (medium)
    2 c. Carolina rice
    2 large peppers (red and green)
    1 basket fresh mushrooms
    1 can pitted black olives
    1 c. frozen sweet peas
    1 large onion
    1 scallion
    olive oil
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed.
    Use 1/2 less water.
    Let cool.
    Clean and devein shrimp.
    Cut peppers and onions in chunk size.
    Slice mushrooms and cut olives in half.
    Saute shrimp in olive oil until pink.
    Set aside.
    Stir-fry vegetables; set aside.
