Ingredients

2 qt. cukes (5 large), sliced thin with skins
1 large onion, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Place first 3 ingredients into bowl and let set for 2 hours; drain well.
Pour last 3 ingredients over drained cukes and freeze.
Defrost as needed.
