Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs, beaten
1 lb. sugar
1/4 lb. butter, melted
juice and grated rind from 2 1/2 lemons
1 partially baked crust
Preparation

Beat eggs well; add sugar and melted butter and then add juice and grated rind from lemons.
Pour in partially baked pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife comes out clean when inserted in pie.
