Mock Country Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. coarsely crushed crackers
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. ground meat
    oil
Preparation
    Mix egg, milk, 1/2 cup crackers, onion, chili powder, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add beef; mix well.
    Shape into 6 patties about 1/2-inch thick.
    Coat each with remaining crackers.
    Cook in 1/2-inch oil over medium heat about 8 minutes on each side.
    Drain on paper.
