Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. raw sliced potatoes
1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage.
Mix soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
In a large casserole, layer potatoes, soup mixture and sausage.
Top with cheese.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
