Veal Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 veal cutlets
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. flour
    oil (for frying)
    4 Tbsp. tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Roll veal in flour, dip in egg and roll in cracker crumbs. Heat a small amount of oil in skillet; brown veal on both sides. Remove from skillet and put in baking dish.
    Put 1 tablespoon tomato sauce on each veal cutlet.
    Cover dish with foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
