Rising Crust Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. regular milk
    2 c. fruit (apples, peaches, blackberries or blueberries)
Preparation
    Set oven at 375\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in 13 x 9 x 1 1/2-inch pan. Stir flour and milk into a batter.
    When margarine melts, pour into pan.
    Mix fruit with sugar to suit your taste.
    Heat until sugar dissolves, then pour over crust in pan.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until brown.
    Crust will rise over fruit.
