Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
3 c. grated raw carrots
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Add oil, eggs and carrots; beat 4 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until done.
Use two 9-inch pans or one 9 x 13-inch pan.
