Mushroom Florentine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. or 2 cans mushrooms
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. any grated cheese
Preparation

Thaw spinach and drain well.
Saute cleaned (or drained) sliced mushrooms in melted butter.
Place spinach in a 6 x 9-inch shallow casserole.
Top with salt, chopped onion and garlic.
Add butter and mushrooms.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
May be made and refrigerated before baking. Serves 4 to 6.
