Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and chopped
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon into a large mixing bowl.
    Make well in center.
    Combine eggs, oil, strawberries and pecans.
    Add sifted ingredients, stirring until well combined.
    Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool on wire racks.
