Chocolate Angel Bar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (1 3/8 oz.) chocolate bars with almonds
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1 (8-inch) baked pie shell, cooled
    shaved semi-sweet chocolate (optional)
Preparation
    Melt chocolate bars and water in microwave or double boiler. Stir in vanilla; let cool.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Pour into pie shell; chill well.
    Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
