Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans sweet potatoes or yams
    1 c. pineapple tidbits
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    salt and pepper to taste
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain potatoes and put in bowl.
    Add oleo, brown sugar, salt and pepper and mash.
    Add nuts and pineapple.
    Cut 6 marshmallows into quarters and mix into potatoes.
    (Can use mini marshmallows whole.)
    Put mixture in greased casserole and cover top with marshmallows.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until heated through.
