Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 egg
    1 c. cottage cheese
    9 corn tortillas
    12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and garlic in large skillet.
    Drain off grease.
    Lightly drain tomatoes.
    Cut up tomatoes and add meat with taco seasoning and seasoned salt.
    Stir well.
    In separate bowl, combine egg and cottage cheese.
