2 frozen pie crusts
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. frozen apple juice, thawed
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
dash of salt
6 c. apple slices
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Thaw crust and top.
In medium saucepan, whisk together cornstarch and apple juice until well blended.
Add spices and salt.
Cook over medium heat.
Stir mixture until thick.
Pour over apples.
Dot with butter.
Cut slits in top of crust.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
