Irish Rag Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    5 egg yolks
    5 egg whites (make sure whites are separated from yolks)
    3 c. cake flour
    1 c. milk
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix this all together.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Test with a toothpick inserted into the center.
