Mincemeat Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. condensed mincemeat
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, beating until smooth.
    Combine dry ingredients. Gradually add to creamed mixture.
    Mix well.
    Crumble and stir in mincemeat.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto lightly greased baking sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
