Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/4 c. flour or cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. marshmallows

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except marshmallows, well.
Place in a well-greased baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes. Top with marshmallows and continue to bake until they are light brown.
