Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 stick pure butter
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 heaping Tbsp. cornmeal (self-rising)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Cool slightly.
    Mix eggs, sugar and butter together.
    Beat
    well.
    Add
    cornmeal.
    Add buttermilk, vanilla and coconut.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for approximately 40 minutes. Cool before slicing.
