Chinese Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1/2 c. uncooked rice (Minute rice)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 small onion, diced
    1 c. celery, cut fine
    8 oz. can water chestnuts
    large can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in small casserole except the chow mein noodles.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Add chow mein noodles on top and bake 15 minutes more.
