Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 sticks melted butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 c. self-rising flour (not sifted)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Melt butter.
    Cream butter and sugar, add egg then add yeast.
    Mix well.
    Add flour.
    Bake in greased muffin pan at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Unused portion may be kept in airtight container in refrigerator.
