Beer Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded Cheddar
3 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. beer
1 Tbsp. green onions, minced
1 Tbsp. horseradish
assorted crackers
Preparation
-
Place all ingredients except crackers into a bowl of the food processor and process until pureed and fully combined.
Spoon into the crock and chill.
Serve on platter surrounded by assorted crackers.
