Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/4 c. onion and green pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 small jar pimento
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Mix the remaining ingredients together.
    Pour mixture into pan.
    Put seasoned chicken on top, skin side down and cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
