Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Mix all together and pour into a hot, oiled griddle or skillet.
Cook until top is full of holes, then turn pancake over and cook over a little longer.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
