Hot Spiced Cider - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4-inch) sticks cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. whole allspice
    1/2 tsp. whole cloves
    1 qt. apple cider
    1 qt. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    cinnamon sticks
Preparation
    Tie cinnamon sticks, allspice and cloves in a cheesecloth bag. Combine spices, cider, pineapple juice and sugar in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
    Add lemon juice; cook over low heat 10 minutes or just until heated.
    Remove spice bag.
    Pour into cups and garnish each with a cinnamon stick. Yields 11 cups.
