Ham-Cheese-Egg Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese grated
    1 lb. cooked ham, diced thin
    12 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 onion chopped
    1 green pepper chopped
Preparation
    Coat 9 x 13-inch baking pan with margarine.
    Add 1 1/2 packages crescent rolls in bottom of pan.
    Spread ingredients over crescent rolls except eggs and milk.
    Beat eggs and add to milk. Pour over mixture.
    Break 1/2 package rolls into small pieces. Add on top of mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 50 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serves 8.
