Baked Bean Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. dried beans (try a mixture of various beans or use canned beans)
    1 c. water
    1 c. apple juice
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. chopped tomato or green pepper
Preparation
    Bring apple juice and water to a boil.
    Add beans and cook until almost tender, about 2 hours.
    Drain beans, saving liquid, and add all other ingredients except vegetables.
    Cover and bake in a 250\u00b0 oven for 2 to 3 hours.
    Uncover for last 1/2 hour of baking and add tomato or green pepper.
    If beans get dry, add some of the bean liquid.
