Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    salt
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Save 1 cup pecans to roll cheese ball.
    Mix all ingredients in bowl.
    Will be soft.
    Shape into balls.
    Coat with pecans. Refrigerate if not serving right away! Makes 2 cheese balls.
