Dana'S Great Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. Velveeta
    1/4 c. green pepper (use pepper tops)
    4 to 5 green peppers
    8 oz. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook meat, peppers and onion until veggies are tender.
    Drain grease.
    Add canned tomatoes (do not drain).
    Add uncooked rice, water, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
    Keep pan covered with a lid.
    Shut heat off.
    Cut Velveeta up into cubes.
    Add cheese to mixture. Cover and let sit for approximately 10 minutes; stir.
