Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 well-beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 c. nuts
3 chopped fresh apples
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix in large bowl.
Bake in loaf pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
