Ingredients

1/3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa or 2 1/2 sq. chocolate
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients; add milk, chocolate and beaten egg yolks.
Cook over hot water until thick.
Cool.
Add vanilla and pour into baked crust.
Use egg whites (room temperature) for meringue.
