Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large peeled chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. finely chopped cilantro
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped chilies
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper to taste
juice of 1 lime
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Keeps well in the refrigerator. Add more chilies or jalapenos if you like a hotter salsa.
Add onions, chopped, if desired.
Do not freeze.
