Sherried Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stewing meat
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mushroom stems and pieces
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 to 1/3 c. sherry or burgundy
Preparation
    Season chops.
    Spread with cranberry sauce jelly and top with pineapple wedges.
    Bake in a slow 325\u00b0 oven until well done, about 45 minutes.
