Grandma'S Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen squash, thawed
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten slightly
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. fresh milk
Preparation
    Combine squash, sugar and spices.
    Add eggs and milk.
    Pour into pie pans lined with regular pie crust (unbaked).
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Turn oven down to 325\u00b0 until done. Test filling.
