Chile Reyenos Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (1 lb.) Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
    5 eggs beaten
Preparation
    Shred cheese.
    Grease 9 x 12 baking dish.
    Layer cheese and green chilies in dish.
    Pour eggs over mixture.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until center is firm. To keep for later: bake & cool.
    Cover with foil.
    Reheat at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until hot.
