Curried Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 pork chops
    1 regular can mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. curry
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a bag.
    Dredge chops in mixture. Rub skillet with a clove and brown chops on both sides.
    Place in casserole in layers with 4 or 5 sliced potatoes and cover with mushrooms.
    Heat shortening in skillet.
    Brown leftover flour mixture with milk and juice from mushrooms.
    Cook over low heat until brown and thick, stirring constantly.
    Pour over chops. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
