Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    one real bake yellow or white cake
    2 small package vanilla instant pudding
    2 - 20 ounce cans crushed pineapples (drained)
    4 bananas
    2 - 20 ounce can cherry pie filling
    1 - 16 ounce cool whip
Preparation
    Break some cake up in the bottom of the punch bowl. Then put 1/2 of pudding, cherry pie filling, bananas, pineapple and cool whip. Repeat layers starting with the cake. If you like on top of cool whip, you can use chopped nuts.
