Blackberry Rolli Bolli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    water
    2 to 3 c. blackberries
Preparation
    Beat together Bisquick and enough water to make mixture of a biscuit consistency.
    Pour out on floured board and roll out to about 1/4-inch thick (10 to 12 inches in diameter).
    Spread with blackberries (still frozen is best).
    Roll up like a jelly roll. Fit into round casserole bowl.
    Mix 1 cup of water with 1 cup of sugar.
    Pour over blackberry roll and bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
