Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine rice, beef, salt, pepper and onion.
    Mix well and shape into 12 balls. Brown balls in hot fat in heavy frypan.
    Add tomato soup and water. Cover and cook 1 1/2 hours over low heat until nice and tender.
