Perfect Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. water
3 egg whites
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Dissolve cornstarch in 1 tablespoon of cold water.
Add 1/2 cup water and cook until thick and clear.
Cool thoroughly.
Beat egg whites until foamy.
Add sugar and beat until stiff.
Add vanilla.
Add cooled mixture to beaten egg whites and spread on pie.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown (12 to 15 minutes).
