Deviled Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    4 (3/4-inch) pork chops
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients; simmer 20 minutes. Add next 2 ingredients. Pour over chops. Bake in slow 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 50 minutes or until done. Turn chops over.
