Fresh Vegetables(Le Legumes Macadoine) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 carrots
1 onion, cut in eighths
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen beans
3 oz. butter
pinch of garlic
seasoning to taste
2 rutabagas
2 parsnips
2 oz. white wine
Preparation
-
Peel and cube or slice vegetables.
When root vegetables are cooked (resistant to the bite), add the frozen vegetables and add ice to cool.
(Do not strain cooking water).
Let vegetables set in water for 10 minutes before use.
