Delicious Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. floured blueberries

Preparation

Cream shortening.
Add sugar and beaten egg; cream together, then add milk.
Sift flour, baking powder and cinnamon; add to the mixture.
Beat thoroughly.
Stir in berries carefully, not to mash. Bake in 8 x 8-inch greased pan for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Also, can be put in muffin tins.
