Pizza Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef or sausage
    1 small bottle pizza sauce
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 c. chopped olives
    1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped pepperoni
    1 can refrigerated biscuits
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown, season to taste and drain meat.
    Stir in the pizza sauce, mushrooms, olives, pepperoni and Italian seasonings.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Place biscuits in a greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides. Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit-lined cups and sprinkle generously with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yields 12 pizza cups.
